LOAD CUM DISPLACEMENT CONTROLLER
We introduce ourselves as manufacturers of Microcontroller based products for Industrial Automation. We have a wide range of Products for industrial automation.
We have individual Load controllers and Displacement controllers.
We have integrated both the applications to have a common Load cum displacement Controller.
Here we can set multiple distance points and monitor Load at each distance point simultaneously comparing it with the set Band of Load values.
If at any Point, the current Load exceeds or is below the set Load Band value a NOT OK output will be energised.
If all the Load values (at corresponding distance values) are within The Set Load band values, a OK output will be energised.
We can also transfer the values to PLC with Date and Time.
Advantages –
Need not have analog inputs to the PLCs,
Faster comparison, as the controller is dedicated for Load and Displacement comparison.
No additional PLC Programing for Load / Displacement parameters.
Optionally, Load / Distance Values can be downloaded from PLC /PC to controller.
Easy onsite calibration of Linear Transducer and Load cell at site also.
